History: Gifted from a young age, Quilla studied abroad. A freak accident while working with her Servant father left her crippled. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a white coat with tan slacks. Her hair is brown and curly. This black eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: She wears a white costume with the symbols of the sun god on her torso. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly longswords and scimitars. Her black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Pearl was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. Being a Bounty Hunter kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. At some point he was captured by drow and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and tiefling compassion

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy dark red stubble. She wears a green coat over a blue low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon her head. She has a hunchback. Personality: Nemeia hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: He got into the Ploughman business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ploughman. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Orc people; and expand his business

History: Born to a Hunter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Herbalist for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tagga grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
