History: Drusilia lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He wears his dark red hair down. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Xappan is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a Sailor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing.
