History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Borun alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Stylist for hire.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. After coming to the age of reason, Vanchu took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. After a long history of fighting, Vanchu and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a Knight, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to brigands.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Hugh has worked very hard to control his curse. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and an old rival family wants her found

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion; and she desires power and/or immortality

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ûkshak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. In her youth she was a Masseuse, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger brother on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sarah fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away
