History: Heskan was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Thodris will drive conversation. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Thodris alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Chaedi was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mortician hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Chaedi and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This man wears bulky grey painted plate armor, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He keeps his long blonde hair kept up in a rat tail. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Manfred grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Manfred. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: He got into the Dyer business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Tanner, but he was a colossal failure. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: He is content; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Gilthur was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Roywyn has worked very hard to control her curse. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
