History: Naal lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rolen grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A freak accident while working with his Shoemaker mother left him crippled. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He worked as a nervous Shepherd and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Actor father left her crippled. She has achieved small success as a Blacksmith.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bounty Hunter work with an outfit from a few towns over. History: Joan was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
