History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Brewer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Brewer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
