History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She takes great joy in being the best Performer in town.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Performer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Performer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Performer for the past few years.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Carlin was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his youth he was a Spice Merchant, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and balancing his hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sai.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she desires power and/or immortality

History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Cartwright. He now owns his own business.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
