History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. After a long history of fighting, Miles and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Eva's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ella grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ella. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Guard arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She bought a spear and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and wants to open a new tavern
