Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Conrad was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He struck the Architect job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her crossbow with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her crossbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. She wears a colorful flower in her red fur. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: She was born in a small plains village. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She bought a crossbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Butcher. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and balancing his hectic life and new butcher responsibilities is difficult

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 3'6" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. She has wavy blonde hair. Her amber eyes peer out from beneath her Stetson blue hat.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Pyntle is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Pyntle took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up spear and armor she uses now. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Map Maker they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Bowyer, and she later adopted a second son.
Motivation: To be a Map Maker again; and wants to open a new tavern

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. A gifted student she started as a Shoemaker, but she got bored and became a Mercenary. She tends to her Mercenary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mercenary responsibilities is difficult.

Description: He wears long strands of jet and short white dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Norsko alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: Revenge; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
