Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Born in the west to a Fletcher, Andry learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and balancing her hectic life and new fletcher responsibilities is difficult

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her hair is blue and very short. Her silver eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. The war was a terrible time for her, and Decarabia does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Decarabia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. She is wearing a long, tan, dusty cloak, marred by chocolates. She has a long auburn ponytail with little hanging trinkets. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Sage business.
History: Shava lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Shava liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Description: He dresses well, wearing grey shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He carries a battered longbow and tarnished bastard sword as well. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length auburn hair. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: Veit was born the youngest of three triplets. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and doesn't want to be a server and was forced into it by his family

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
History: The child of a Barber, who enjoyed hunting, Skak was taken on many hunting expeditions. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: She wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. She is portly but not overly obese. Her silver hair is singed and shortened. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Ovak reached her early adolescence her Half-Orc mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Ovak was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it
