Description: This tall, slender man wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small violet clips. His beard is red, braided, and well cared for. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He was born in the north. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and balancing his hectic life and new mortician responsibilities is difficult

Description: He has a missing left arm. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered illithids who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: An older man who is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright pastel and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, he is not a threatening figure. His gray fur, when down, is lengthy. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. A true patriot, Great would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Great was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mayor. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: This eastern man wears just a grey suit. His clothes are grease stained in places. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are a pleasant brown.
Personality: Dworic is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion

She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. After coming to the age of reason, Chaedi took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Biri and her spouse have recently divorced.
