Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She is wearing a long, green, dusty cloak. She has moderate length blue hair. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are silver.
Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Mortician arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the west were limited. Being a Mortician kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and money/treasure

Her long red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Glassblower profession.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Courier for hire.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and further expansion of business

Description: This man wears silk and lounges about seductively. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Azaki was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: This woman is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized emerald on her left hand. Her dark red hair is knotted and matted. Her silver eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Pyra alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Description: She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 3'9" when asserting herself. Her hair is short and red. She has a dull look in her violet eyes.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Kilia enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kilia grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kilia. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.

Description: With tan face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he is well dressed, constantly wearing a grey suit, blue shirt, and tan tie. He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: He comes from a rich northern family. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He usually wears his grey robe and has his dagger always slung over his shoulder. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He is baby faced.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
