Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Hoshgrish's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. A true patriot, Hoshgrish would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Hoshgrish hails from a village terrorized by illithids. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered illithids who tried to eat his hand. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids.
