Personality: Nelkin is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Nelkin's homeland. Nelkin decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Crown-heir for hire.
