History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ootah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dragonborn companion (her 'brother'). She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Dain's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Dain lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Shoemaker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
