Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Oren embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He worked as a nervous Shepherd and found it very stressful. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult; and he's in love

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and money/treasure

Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He carries with him a set of longbows, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Through the years after Grumbar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Grumbar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Grumbar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Dworic was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
