History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Malmûg grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Malmûg grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Malmûg. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Eloise was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She's also a talented Mercenary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and a deep hatred of illithids

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears black trousers with green and grey striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. She has dyed her greying white crest a little too much giving a sharp white color. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

History: Nirgel was born the youngest of three triplets. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the north were limited. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Vepar hails from a village terrorized by giants. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. After a long history of fighting, Vepar and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He worked as a nervous Bellfounder and found it very stressful. He now owns his own business.

History: Rosalind was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Fortune-teller. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Margery fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
