History: Carlin hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Carlin was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Nuthra was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
