History: Born in the north to a Servant, Kelter learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his youth he was part of a gang. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He uses divination through singing.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
