History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Robbie was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and his religion dominates his actions

History: She was born in a small island village. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: She got into the Bowyer business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bowyer. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
