History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Through the years after Williamina was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Williamina's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Williamina and her spouse have recently divorced.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
