Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Joser grew up listening to his father's many stories. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Joser took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a yellow cloak and cross-gartered red stockings. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: Tim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion.

Description: He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs, and carries bastard swords. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Sellsword profession.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Morkral grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Morkral. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shepherd.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Modean grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Modean fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Scribe. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Born in the north to a Scribe, Norman learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Scribe and found it very stressful. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norman fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
