History: Aldous hails from a village terrorized by drow. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Aldous was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Ruler. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: Gifted from a young age, Virra studied abroad. At a young age her mother died while driving off some goblins. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in lance use. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This malnourished woman wears a black tunic with tan highlights, and long black pants that bunch up around her shoes. She has no hair. Her red eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Lagazi was born on a far eastern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Junk Dealer. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: He wears a brown vest and prefers grey and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and he perpetually has his falchion ready. His white hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'2" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered white stockings. She wears her yellow fur up. Her fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Sage arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Quick liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Bellfounder. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He struck the Bellfounder job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His fur is short and lavender. His eyes are likewise copper. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Smoking fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.
