His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. History: He was born in a small desert village. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Gunter was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and he wants revenge against goblins

History: Oda was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Shifting was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Shifting's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
