History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Carpenter. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Born in the north to a Navigator, Dench learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. Being a Bather kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Mercenary. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Apothecary. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Apothecary responsibilities is difficult; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.
