Description: She is an average looking eastern female in her early mid-life. She is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. Her red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her eyes are amber and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ella was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: He wears a tattered pair of loose brown pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs, and he perpetually has his rapier ready. He wears his blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: Hugh was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hugh fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Expand his business; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Tanner. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She got into the Merchant business at a young age. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born to a Mayor, his father struggled to pay the bills. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, and he perpetually has his axe ready. His long red hair reaches down to his waist. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Barrister kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
