Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with blue lining and desert motifs, and is pretty ugly. His auburn hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was taken from her home at a very young age. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a grey tunic with pastel highlights, and long black pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her hair is chestnut and curly. Her eyes are a pleasant violet.
Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. Susannah enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Susannah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Susannah grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Susannah. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
