History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Quelenna was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Stableman. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Elysande. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
