History: Chaedi hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A freak accident while working with her Layabout mother left her crippled. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has achieved small success as a Herbalist.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Herbalist responsibilities is difficult; and to clean up the streets

She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has achieved small success as a Butcher.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he would like to get married and retire

History: He was born in the east. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
