Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a tight fitting grey shirt and pants. His red hair is cut short. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: To protect her home.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He got into the Knight business at a young age. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Knight for the past few years.

Motivation: Revenge.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She is greedy.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Miner who has hired him part-time. The war was a terrible time for him, and Nicholas does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Nicholas was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants a kiss
