History: Ernest was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Stylist work with an outfit from a few towns over. Stylist work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Stylist job and began his own company from there.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Cairn abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Balifra lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Herbalist. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and a rival would like him out of the picture
