Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears red robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a falchion, but if one is not available he will default to his nunchaku. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Gormogord lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. After a long history of fighting, Gormogord and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered drow who tried to eat his hand. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a violet coat. He carries with him a set of morningstars, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He keeps his long blonde hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are violet and beady.

Personality: He hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Norman was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bookbinder work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bookbinder work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and obtaining odd cultural half-elven artifacts is his passion

Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a simple brown robe with green stripes complete with hood. Her auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Eloise is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Sage. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Felosial was born on a far western desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Tailor. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She is greedy; and she wants revenge against gnolls

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Meriele was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Meriele's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Description: This western woman is abnormally tall. She wears baggy grey pantaloons and a brown scarf. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her brown hair is well kept. Her hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Helen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
