History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature morningstar.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Reirak was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Reirak's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Reirak and his spouse have recently divorced.

Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Personality: She hates goblins. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Xanaphia was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Xanaphia decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption
