History: He got into the Marshal business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Mortician, but he was a colossal failure. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Kipper was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kipper grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kipper. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
