History: Vani was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

History: Herleva was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. She keeps her blue crest in a flapper bob. Her eyes are gold and catlike.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Doudra fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Gilbert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Smoking grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Herbalist who has hired her part-time. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Herbalist work with an outfit from a few towns over. Herbalist work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Adventurer. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Seamstress. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Carrie hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
