Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Althaea embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She's also a talented Barber, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and she has a crush on the local banker

Description: A moderately attractive man, he is dressed in a clean black cloak covering his clean studded leather. He has chestnut hair. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Modean was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he would like to get married and retire

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Fortune-teller. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: The child of a Laborer, who enjoyed hunting, Kristryd was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gifted student she started as a Laborer, but she got bored and became a Fortune-teller. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shifting grew up listening to her father's many stories. Shifting abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.
