Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Soapmaker profession.

History: Serpent was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
