Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a green vest and prefers black and grey shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His chestnut hair is knotted and matted. His eyes are white and beady.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Guard but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Xappan was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame, and a wedding ring on her right hand. Her tied-back hair is silver. Her blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She was born in a small plains village. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: He is wearing a long, black cloak. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly greataxes and pickaxes. His silver hair is long and unkept. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gnarsh will drive conversation. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Glassblower arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Being a Glassblower kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: A 4'11" eastern woman, she prefers to wear flannel. Her white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Herleva abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Orc people; and he's repulsed by the pc

History: She got into the Knight business at a young age. Kithri was born on a far southern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Knight. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 79. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Ellywick hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Fisher. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her red eyes.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: The child of a Detective, who enjoyed hunting, Shava was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her first spouse was a Detective, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to raise her children well

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Myathethil grew up listening to her mother's many stories. After coming to the age of reason, Myathethil took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She now mingles about in high society.
