Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Galiena decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
