Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Doctor.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Dadalan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Dadalan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
