Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She saw the violence of war and the aftermath so she converted to religion and dedicated herself to non-violence.
Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and to be a beggar again

Description: With green face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a worn and beaten armor. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. He has gleaming, smiling red eyes.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Born in the east to a Mortician, Nicor learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Nicor alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and further expansion of business

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Description: This late middle aged man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time and is in decent physical shape. He has done his best to style his black fur to look like a famous performer. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.
History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After months of barely getting by, Flask managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is greedy

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a yellow suit, blue shirt, and grey tie. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Carrie alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His first spouse was a Map Maker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Map Maker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Miner, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. She has moderate length gray fur. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: Shifting is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
