Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'3" and wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Erevan was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Erevan decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Miller kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears bulky white painted plate armor. Her hair is silver and curly. Her eyes are amber and beady.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is harsh and unforgiving.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kansif fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. After coming to the age of reason, Erky took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Description: He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a violet coat. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy chestnut hair. His eyes are brown.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 87. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Jeweler arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Trym grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Trym. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy cinnamon fur. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has a hunchback. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Born to a Server, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and someone believes him a fraud
