Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a tan coat with blue slacks. He is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around his ears. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. She keeps her black hair in a pixie cut. Her hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. The war was a terrible time for her, and Meena does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: She was raised in a island tribe. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. She bought a kukri and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Painter. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. She has gray eyes and a brown hat with a violet feather.
Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Gunnloda was born with her mother's beautiful face. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She feels threatened by others.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. A true patriot, Anne would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Anne was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Being a Healer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Avelina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
