History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Eberdeb was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Eberdeb alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted.
