Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light tan in addition to tight pants, marred by teas. His black hair is knotted and matted. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Delebean hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting brigands, the young Delebean began to lead the lost caravan. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and many brigands want him driven away

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Shepherd business.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Harvest was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. She has violet eyes and a blue hat with a grey feather.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His hair is chestnut and very short. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Raer hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady, and her gloved hand is found clutching a scythe. Her gold crest is greasy and uncared for. Her fierce red eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when she was still a young child. The dire rats captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and revenge

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: Born in the north to a Guard, Silaqui learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Guard. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and doesn't want to be a guard and was forced into it by her family

History: Georgina lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: A 4'0" southern man, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull pastel iron scale mail. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. A true patriot, Baern would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To end his boredom.
