Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Burana was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, marred by sweets. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. His ears are large.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Henk embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Crown-heir. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Therai grew up listening to his mother's many stories. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered drow who tried to eat his hand. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Revenge; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Her hair is long and golden with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small brown clips. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
