History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
