History: Born in the south to a Soapmaker, Cairn learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Soapmaker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Kadana was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Kadana was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kadana decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Ruler. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. After coming to the age of reason, Mamnen took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dragonborn in existence. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was born into a rich family. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Slave Trader. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Lidda was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and regain custody of her daughter

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Gardener who has hired him part-time. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tethren grew up listening to his father's many stories. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
