Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. The war was a terrible time for him, and Chem does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Chem was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Ruler. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Gifted from a young age, Chaedi studied abroad. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
