History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Theodoric was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Theodoric's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This fat eastern woman has a bulbous nose and wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. With bright black hair. Her gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

History: He was born in the west. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: She was born in the north. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and to be a bowyer again

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Bardryn was born on a far southern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Map Maker. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
